COLLECTION AND SHIPPING PROCEDURE
Collection of all Lots following either the Main Sale or the Online Timed Auction is by arrangement.

In all instances, the Auctioneers need to be advised that shipping is required.
For all licensable weapons, and modern air weapons, buyers will need to nominate a Registered Firearms Dealer in their locality. The nominated RFD will send a copy of his RFD certificate to Southams by email or post, Southams will issue a copy of their own RFD certificate by return.
The purchaser must send his/her Firearm or Shotgun certificate by recorded post to: Southams, 24 Newnham Street, Bedford, MK40 3JR. The details of Lots purchased can then be entered on the certificate.
On receipt of the necessary certificates, the Lot(s) will be packed and the purchaser will be invoiced. Upon receipt of payment the Lot(s) will be sent to the nominated RFD with the purchaser’s certificate(s).
All firearms including modern air weapons and antique guns will be packed by Southams and shipped via Parcel Force using the standard Express48 Service. Expedited Shipping & Insurance are available on request – email: firstname.lastname@example.org for a quotation.
Sundry Lots that do not require a licence can be collected, packed and shipped by Mailboxes Etc, who will issue their own invoice, their contact details are: Tel: 01234 305544 or email@example.com Note: Southams and Mailboxes Etc. are separate and independent businesses, therefore each must be paid individually.
Standard Charges: Packing & Shipping of up to 2 guns within Zone 1* Parcelforce Express48 – £35.00+VAT
Each additional gun £8.00+VAT Up to a maximum of 30kg per consignment.
*Zone 1 – England, Wales & Scotland (excluding Highlands & Islands)
Additional Charges: Packing & Shipping of guns within Zones 2 & 3* Parcelforce Express48 – £POA
Packing & Shipping of guns to Isle of Wight – Additional £5+VAT
Saturday Delivery – Additional £12+VAT
Up to a maximum of 30kg per consignment.

Any Lots that remain uncollected without prior arrangement with the Auctioneers, for more than 3 months, are liable to be re-sold without further notice and the proceeds will be subject to warehousing charges.
