COLLECTION AND SHIPPING PROCEDURE
Collection of all Lots following either the Main Sale or the Online Timed Auction is by arrangement.

In all instances the Auctioneers need to be advised that shipping is required.
No lots will be released until Southams Saleroom invoice is paid.
Lots subject to licensing will be packed by Southams and shipped via Parcel Force – email: email@example.com for a quotation.
Lots that do not require licences can be collected, packed and shipped by Mail Boxes, who will issue their own invoice, their contact details are

Note: Southams and Mail Boxes are separate and independent businesses, therefore each must be paid individually.
Firearms and Firearms Related Lots – Including Air Weapons
The saleroom invoice must be paid prior to packing.
Buyers will need to nominate a Registered Firearms Dealer in their locality.
The nominated RFD will need to send a copy of his RFD certificate to Southams by email.
For their reference, Southams are Registered Firearms Dealers under certificate no. RFD (BEDS) 40/1772
On receipt of the copy RFD certificate, the Lot(s) will be packed and an invoice will be sent by Southams, either by post or by email. When this invoice is paid the Lot(s) will be sent to your nominated RFD.
Any Lots that remain uncollected without prior arrangement with the Auctioneers, for more than 3 months, are liable to be re-sold without further notice and the proceeds will be subject to warehousing charges.
